Thank you so much for supporting A.D. Studio! Please review the following policies before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of original artwork and limited inventory, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However if there's an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will do my best to make it right. 

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. I currently ship within the U.S. only.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact me at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date. I may be able to offer a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

Commissions

I offer limited custom spots throughout the year. Commissioned artwork is final sale and non-refundable. A deposit may be required to reserve your spot.

All artwork and images are the property of Alyssa Detwiler (A.D. Studio) and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without permission. Purchasing art does not grant rights to reproduce or use it for commercial purposes.
